1. There will be no more than 4 coaches from any team on the field at any time.
2. There can be one defensive coach in the outfield only.
3. Coaches will pitch to their players only and can be no more than 10 feet in front of the rubber when they begin their pitch.
4. There may be one additional player positioned in the outfield.
5. The outfielders must be positioned on the outfield grass. They cannot be positioned in the infield.
6. A standard hardball will be used during the tournament.
7. There will be a maximum of 15 players on a roster with a continuous batting order. Each player must play 2 defensive innings in the field, not necessarily consecutive.
THERE WILL BE FREE SUBSTITUTION.
8. There is to be no arguing of a call with an umpire.
9. The Infield Fly Rule will not be in effect unless the umpire in his sole discretion rules that a player purposely drops a ball.
10. There is no bunting, no stealing and no leaving a base until the ball is hit. Anyone leaving the base before the ball is hit will be called out.
11. Absolutely no collisions at bases. The runner must slide in order to avoid a stand-up collision. If the runner is in a stand-up collision, the runner is out and the ball is dead.
12. A runner is allowed one base on any overthrow that goes out of the field of play. If a runner is heading towards a base, they get that base plus the next base. Exception: on an overthrow to first base the player who hit the ball will stay at first base.
13. After a ball is hit runners can advance until the ball is in the possession of an infielder and that infielder is in the infield. Runners more than halfway to the next base are awarded that base. If a runner is less than halfway to the next base, then they must return to the prior base.
14. There is a 5 run limit per inning except the last inning during which unlimited runs may be scored.
15. All other Little League Rules apply.
